Refund policy
Return/Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- The product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched (if applicable), and in original condition.
- Tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- Returns are not accepted for color variations, minor design differences, or size concerns if exact specifications were provided.
- Customized, stitched, clearance sale, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Common Return Rejection Reasons
- Washed or worn items
- Items with perfume/sweat/smoke odor
- Missing tags or damaged packaging
- Altered or stitched products
Return Procedure
- Customers must courier the product back using a reliable service with tracking.
- Courier charges for return/exchange are to be borne by the customer.
Quality Check
All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Refunds or exchanges are approved only upon passing inspection.
Refund Details
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original mode of payment
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer after account details are shared
RTO (Return to Origin) / Non-Delivered Orders
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery:
- Advance paid will not be refunded
- You will need to place a new order at your own expense
Discrepancy & Product Disclaimer
- Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photography.
- Embellishments, embroidery, and prints may differ slightly due to artisanal methods.
- Thread pulls or loose embellishments are not considered defects in handwork-based products.
We request customers to factor in these minor variations as part of the charm of handcrafted ethnic wear.
Sale / Offer Period
Products bought during sales, combo offers, or clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.
No exchanges or alterations will be entertained on discounted merchandise.
